The competition in Joplin was really good we ranked high gold and got 5th place.  Once we got there we went backstage and got ready, first make-up then costumes then we went on-stage it was pretty fast!!

Sorry it took me so long to post this.  I got a gold rating at the compeitition, the judges rate each dance with high platinum, platinum, high gold, gold and bronze.  My dance got gold it was fun, tomorrow is the last one we are going to this year and I can’t wait.  I’ve got a lock-in right after that, then on saturday morning I am helping my mom with a photo shoot so it’s going to be a busy weekend.

4 days left and I’m super excited!!!

We’re heading up to kc on saturday I’ll probably post monday because we’re driving back sunday it will be a late night.  

I can’t wait, I’ve got one more class on thursday then off to competition!!

Well I’m not going as a solo.  I just got back from an extra class I just need foundation and I think thats all.  7 days untill the competition I’m so excited I’ll try to post on sunday but it’s going to be a late night but I’ll post about it monday for sure.

Next week is my first dance competition I need to finish the dance and perfect it in 8 days.  There are 2 other girls on the team but one of them can’t go and the other one just doesn’t want to go so I am probably going as a solo (more about that later in the week).  I am taking a lyrical dance, lyrical is very pretty and shows alot of emotion and it is slow in some parts and fast in others, unlike jazz that is fast all the time.  Ballet is very slow and pretty, tap is loud and very cool to watch, hip hop is very very fast.
